Facade: Roadmap

Following a discussion with Ruth our understanding is that this work will not take place as Facade is to be replaced by full FHIR capabilities
The capabilities provided by the Facade Endpoint will eventually be superceded by the Aggregated Endpoint.
As such, there are no significant changes planned for this API.
Minor improvements/bug fixes will be made as needed.
