The home page of the Emilia Romagna region FSE provides an overview of the patient’s interactions with the national health service, organised by the most recent activities. This includes, among others, lab results, admission and discharge letters, and medical prescriptions. On the left side, patients can access a menu that includes various sections. The Recent tab displays the latest interactions, while the Preferred tab allows patients to quickly access health documents that they have starred. The All option presents a complete list of interactions. Patients can find detailed Reports encompassing tests, radiology, specialty medicine, and A&E visits. The Prescriptions section includes information on appointments and exams, medications, deliverable medicines, care plans, and admissions. Additional features such as the Patient Summary, vaccinations, screening, self-certifications, and others are also available. Patients can contribute to their records with the Contributed by Me option, manage archived information, and take personal notes. Finally, the menu allows patients to tag specific entries and upload documents.

The Upload Document feature allows patients to add various file types, including PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG. Patients can provide a description for each document. Additionally, they can select the type of document, such as discharge or admission letters, and specify the healthcare provider that initially created the document.

The Delegates page is designed for patients to add trustees or carers to their health records. The menu on the left, titled “Delegations for FSE Access,” provides access to various sections. Patients can view their Personal Data, which outlines the information associated with their account. The My Clinicians section lists the healthcare professionals involved in their care, while the Consents page details any permissions granted. In the Delegations section, patients can share the management of their record with one or more individuals of their choosing, referred to as delegates. Additionally, the Auto Testing section provides information related to COVID testing.

The My Clinicians page provides patients with information about their healthcare professionals, including their GP. This section displays the GP's address, office hours, telephone number, and a map. Patients have the option to change their GP directly from this page. Additionally, at the bottom of the page, patients can add other professionals of their choice.
