Understanding the Schedule page
The schedule page allows you to show patients when you are not available to respond to messages. If a patient wants to send a message to you while you are marked as out of office, the drop down where they select you as the recipient will display when you are next available.

How do I update my schedule?
On the Schedule page, tick the box next to every day that you are not available to respond.

At the bottom of the page are the “Fast tick” tick boxes, for example, if you tick “Saturday” and “Sunday”, patients will know you never work weekends.
