PKB's Support Task Timelines
The table below outlines potential tasks that the PKB Integration team may need to undertake when assisting with your integration. It also details the estimated maximum time you should typically allow for each task, which can be incorporated into your project plans.
NB - Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Whitelist your IP for Production, sending over HSCN connection | 5 - 10 working days | PKB utilises a 3rd party for HSCN connectivity support and are therefore constrained by their response times. |
Whitelist your IP for Production, sending over Public connection | 3 - 5 working days | As this is a purely internal process we can in exceptional circumstances progress this more quickly. |
Setup a certificate for sending over mtls connection (Sandbox or Production) | 2 - 3 working days |

Providing resource to join a requested call. | Unless there is an identified emergency, please provide 5 days notice of required attendance on a call. | Without appropriate notice the integration team cannot guarantee that resource capacity will be available to support your requested call. If you request is related to an urgent issue then we will endeavour to provide the required support. |
