Finding the Immunisations page

Immunisation data displayed

The immunisation page displays a list of immunisations on record.

The following data fields may be displayed for each immunisation, depending on the data received.

  • Source

  • Vaccine name

  • Manufacturer

  • Date administered

  • Dose number (Please note: There may be multiple series displayed)

  • Status

  • Administered by

  • Location (Please note: If the ‘Administered by’ field is already present, the location field will not display.)

  • Reaction (Please note: There may be multiple reactions displayed)

  • Privacy label applied

Reactions

If a reaction is flagged on the immunisation data but no valid reaction can be retrieved from the referenced observation, the Reaction field will display ‘Recorded (no details)' so that users understand why the reaction flag is displayed without details of what the reaction was.

How to change the privacy of an immunisation record

Click on the options menu (ellipsis) beside the item you wish to edit and select 'Edit privacy'. Choose which label you wish to apply and press save.

Note: changing the privacy settings may result in some professionals and carers no longer being able to view the immunisation.

Upcoming updates to Immunisations

Further updates to the page are planned, including:

  • Patients who connect their GP data to PKB using NHS login will be able to see their immunisation data in the UI in

    • Coming May 2026

  • New email notifications related to immunisation data

    • Date TBC

  • The ability for users to add or edit immunisation data via the user interface.
