Network Connectivity - Checklist

Most of the command on this page should work on linux or a mac natively and in wsl on windows.

Example commands will use my.patientsknowbest.com as an example, but you’ll need to replace this host name with the targeted endpoints hostname.

  1. Check access to public internet.

  2. Check ability to resolve domain names to IP addresses.

  3. Check access to PKB servers.

  4. Check SSL/TLS versions

  5. Check cipher suites

  6. Check trusted CAs

  7. Check your credentials
