If a patient was had their procedure, or if their questionnaire response indicates that they no longer need to be on the waiting list, the patient will need to be removed from the WLV team in PKB.

Removing from PKB teams is very similar to the Add To Teams process in step one and uses the same HL7 credentials and message.
However, to remove a patient from a team in PKB, you must provide the team alias in the ZTM-2 field.
