Your profile & settings
The ‘Profile' page is where you can see and edit information about yourself, as well as change your password.
Updating your profile
Click on ‘Profile’ in the top-right corner of the screen to update your profile.
How to add an email address
Click the ‘Add email' button. Once you have added a new email address in the UI, we will send a verification email to the email address. Once you’ve clicked the link in the email, the new email address will be added to your record. PKB will send notifications to both the new and old addresses for security purposes.
Email notifications will be sent to the primary email address. However, any confirmed email address on your profile can be used to log in. You can set an email address as primary by clicking the radio button.
How to delete an email address
Click the 'Delete' button next to the email address you wish to remove.
You must have at least one email address in your record. The ‘Delete’ option is only available for email addresses that are not the primary email address. If you would like to delete your primary email address, you will have to add a new email address first and set this as the primary email address.
How to update phone numbers
You can add or update phone numbers in the ‘Phone numbers’ section of the page. Click the radio button to mark a number as your primary phone number.

You can add or update your address in the ‘Address’ section of the page.
Email notification preferences
Scroll down to the ‘Email notification preferences’ section.
There are two options available:
Default: We send time-sensitive notifications and a maximum of one notification a day about other data added to your record.
Time-sensitive only: We will only send you notifications about appointments, documents, messages, plans, questionnaires, sharing changes and password resets.

Languages
Select your language
Select your language from the ‘Accessibility Options’ dropdown field.
Fields that cannot be updated by a patient
Certain fields cannot be edited by a patient, as these fields are populated by the source systems that created your record (e.g. your hospital record). These fields are greyed out.
