Advanced Questionnaires in practice

Our next virtual PKB User Group is on Thursday 6th November 2025 - 1pm to 1.45pm  The session will focus on the functionality of our Advanced Questionnaires including the current capability, impact and future direction of this important feature,  It will include:

• A short presentation from our Product team about the current capabilities and how they are already being used across 19 Trusts with around 100 different questionnaire templates. Including features such as branching, scoring and coded data alongside the new option for professionals and patients to amend completed questionnaires and enhanced email notifications for clinical teams.

• A look forward to what is coming next, including November’s release of the capability for patients to initiate advanced questionnaires and our important NHS App integration expansion - first adding notifications for PKB questionnaires into NHS App and then integrating questionnaires fully into NHS App as part of the Wayfinder project. 

• Hear directly from one of our early adopter trusts, a team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, who will walk through specific use cases including Pre-op assessments, sharing their experience and the results achieved so far.
