Maternity PKB User Group - 24th June 2026, 12.00pm - 12.45pm

The Maternity Patients Know Best (PKB) User Group (PUG) focussed on real-world implementations of digitally enabled maternity care. We explored how leading NHS Trusts are using PKB to transform patient engagement and clinical workflows through Personalised Care and Support Plans (PCSPs) and integrated communication tools. Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust

Speaker: Paula Beckles (Digital Midwife).

Paula shared the "Imperial experience" of implementing PCSPs within PKB, focusing on the practical steps taken to move templates directly into the platform.

Mid and South Essex (MSE) NHS Foundation Trust

Speakers: Erica White (Programme Director) and Lisa Brocklehurst (Lead Digital Midwife).

The MSE team presented their "Single Digital Front Door" model, providing a borderless maternity record with PKB integrated with the NHS App.
