Data Continuity and Patient Access

PKB provides a lifetime record guarantee for patients. Any patient who has registered their account retains access to their record for 8 years following their most recent login. This ensures that:

• Historical Data: Patients retain all data shared by your organisation prior to the organisation stopping their use of PKB.

• Personal Management: Patients may continue to use their record indefinitely to manually add data or use it with other healthcare providers and devices.
