Clinical teams can use the Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) questionnaire to track their patients' anxiety levels or as part of a wider treatment plan.

What

The GAD-7 questionnaire consists of 7 questions about the patient’s experience of a series of problems. The answers are used to calculate a GAD-7 score, which can be used to track the patient’s change over time.

How

PKB has digitized the GAD-7 questionnaires for teams to use with patients. These questionnaires can be sent to patients by Professionals via the PKB user interface (UI) or via an integration.
