PocDoc’s Healthy Heart Check home test kit provides cholesterol results, Heart Age and 10 year risk of cardiovascular disease in under 10 minutes.

Sending the PocDoc results to PKB allows patients to share their results with family members. It also keeps a permanent record for future treatment by other health care professionals.

Clicking ‘verify email address’ will open a link to a webpage saying either:

Account activated
Account already activated (if it has previously been verified)
Link expired

In the first two cases, the user can return to the PocDoc app and sign in to their account with the password they created during sign-up.
