MyHealthChecked is a health testing service offering a wide range of reliable rapid and lab-analysed tests, with results delivered through an easy-to-use online dashboard. MyHealthChecked’s portfolio of tests are available at http://myhealthchecked.com , Pharmacy2U, and Boots stores across the UK.

Users can also link their MyHealthChecked account with Patients Know Best (PKB), through a one-time integration to securely share all past and future MyHealthChecked lab-analysed results, allowing visibility of results within the NHS App in supported regions.

How to connect MyHealthChecked with PKB

Log in to your MyHealthChecked dashboard.

On the Home screen, you’ll see an option to connect with Patients Know Best (PKB).

If already registered with PKB

Enter your PKB email and password to approve the connection.

Once PKB and MyHealthChecked are linked, your past and future MyHealthChecked results are shared with PKB.

If not already registered with PKB

Select ‘Register’

Select ‘Continue to NHS login’

Complete the registration process through NHS Login, and then return to MyHealthChecked to link your PKB record.

You will receive an email from MyHealthChecked to help you complete the linking process, simply click the ‘Link My Account’ button in the email.

Note: When "Link My Account" button is clicked in MyHealthChecked’s email, it takes you straight to the grant access page if you’re logged into the MyHealthChecked dashboard.

If not already logged in, you’ll log into the MyHealthChecked dashboard, and then MyHealthChecked directs you to the grant access page.

Enter your PKB email and password to approve the connection.

Once PKB and MyHealthChecked are linked, your past and future MyHealthChecked results are shared with PKB.

Troubleshooting

If you receive an error message while trying to connect, close the error window and try again.

The test results from MyHealthChecked, along with a PDF report of your test results are automatically synced to PKB’s Tests and Plans sections, allowing you to share the results with your healthcare providers. This information is also accessible within the NHS app (in England or Wales).
