HealthTab
HealthTab uses point-of-care testing devices located in Community Pharmacies for screening and managing various health conditions.
Sending the HealthTab results to PKB allows patients to share their results with family members. It also keeps a permanent record for future treatment by other health care professionals.
Create a HealthTab account using your PKB Account
The patient selects ‘Create Account’ from the Kiosk home page.
Choose ‘Yes’ to sign up using a PKB account. Visit Register to Patients Know Best - Patients Know Best to register for your PKB account.
The patient enters their PKB username (email address) and password and selects ‘Approve’.
The patient reads and accepts the Terms of Use.
A HealthTab account is created using the information from the patient’s PKB account.
The community pharmacist logs in on the kiosk to complete the testing flow.
Linking a pre-existing HealthTab account to PKB
Login to HealthTab and select ‘Authorized apps’ from the dashboard main menu.
The patient enters their PKB username (email address) and password and selects ‘Approve’. The patient is redirected back to the HealthTab dashboard.
