Patients Know Best (PKB), a digital personal health record, is used by neurology teams in many different ways with their patients to improve pathways and give them access to their data. When considering using PKB in your team, it's important to have clear, achievable goals to change the current patient and clinical pathways.
Teams and patients with Parkinson’s can use PKB to securely share medical records, track symptoms, and manage care plans, enabling better coordination, informed decision-making, and personalized treatment.
